However, in special cases where users request a physical copy of their counseling report, we ensure secure and timely delivery. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the physical delivery of reports and other tangible materials, if applicable.

2. Delivery of Digital Products
- Digital counseling reports are immediately accessible online once purchased and unlocked.
- An email containing the download link and access credentials will be sent to the user’s registered email address.
- Users are responsible for ensuring they provide a valid and active email address to receive the digital reports.
- If a user does not receive the email within 30 minutes of purchase, they must check their spam/junk folder or contact our support team for assistance.
3. Shipping of Physical Reports (Special Cases Only)
While Marg Darsh mainly delivers counseling reports digitally, physical copies may be provided upon request under the following conditions:
- Users can request a printed copy of their report after making an additional payment for printing and shipping charges.
- Physical reports are printed on premium-quality paper and delivered in a sealed package to ensure confidentiality.
- Shipping is currently available only within India.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Delivery (5-7 Business Days): ₹199
- Express Delivery (2-3 Business Days): ₹399
- International Shipping: Not Available
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the shipment is lost or undelivered due to our error.
5. Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders for physical reports are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the request.
- Once printed, reports are dispatched via trusted courier partners (DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, etc.).
- Users will receive a tracking number via email to monitor their shipment.

- Marg Darsh is not responsible for tracking updates once the package is handed over to the courier service.
8. Address & Delivery Issues
- Users must double-check their shipping address before placing an order.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for delivery failures.
- If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, users may need to pay additional re-shipping charges.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- If a physical report is lost in transit, users will receive a free replacement copy or a full refund of shipping charges.
- If the package arrives damaged, users must report the issue within 24 hours of receipt with photo/video proof.
- If a shipment is delayed beyond 10 days, users should contact us for an update.
10. Returns & Refunds for Shipped Reports
- Physical reports cannot be returned once delivered, as they contain personalized information.
- Refunds are issued only if Marg Darsh is responsible for non-delivery or shipment loss.
- If a user cancels a physical report request before it is printed, they will receive a full refund minus processing fees.

11. International Shipping Policy
At this time, Marg Darsh does not offer international shipping. Users outside India must rely on digital report delivery.
