Since our services primarily involve digital counseling tests, reports, and assessments that are generated after user participation and analysis, we have a carefully structured Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity, transparency, and fairness for all users.
This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations for counseling tests, report purchases, and other related services may be requested, processed, and refunded (if applicable). 2. Eligibility for Cancellation
Since our counseling assessments and reports are digital and customized based on individual responses, cancellations are strictly regulated. The following conditions apply to different services:
2.1 Cancellation of Counseling Tests
- Once a user initiates a counseling test, they may cancel it within 10 minutes of starting. After this window, the test cannot be canceled.
- If the test is canceled within 10 minutes, the user can request a refund or credit for another test session.
- If the test is abandoned or left incomplete beyond 10 minutes, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
2.2 Cancellation of Digital Reports (Paid Unlocks)
- Our reports are digitally generated based on user responses and are considered a final product.
- Once a report is purchased and unlocked, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as the digital content is immediately accessible and downloadable.
- If a user accidentally makes a duplicate purchase for the same report, we may allow a refund for the duplicate charge only, subject to verification.
2.3 Cancellation of Physical Report Delivery
- In special cases where a user requests a physical copy of their counseling report, they may cancel the order within 12 hours of placing the request.
- If the physical report has already been printed, processed, or shipped, no cancellation is possible, and the user must refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for resolution.
- If Marg Darsh is unable to deliver the physical report due to unforeseen logistical issues, we will notify the user and provide a full refund for the shipping charges (if applicable).
2.4 Cancellation of One-on-One Counseling Appointments
- Users may book personalized one-on-one counseling sessions after receiving their reports.
- If a user wishes to cancel an appointment, they must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund.
- If a cancellation is requested within 24-48 hours, only 50% of the amount will be refunded, considering the reserved slot and preparation time.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or if the user fails to attend the session without prior notice.
2.5 Cancellation of Subscription-Based Services
- If the user subscribes to a monthly or annual counseling plan, they may cancel the subscription anytime.
- Monthly subscriptions must be canceled at least 5 days before renewal to avoid automatic charges for the next cycle.
- Annual subscriptions can only be canceled within 14 days of activation for a full refund. Beyond this period, the cancellation will be applicable for the next billing cycle only, and no refund will be issued.
3. How to Request a Cancellation?
To ensure smooth processing, users must follow these steps to request a cancellation:
Step 1: Submit a Cancellation Request
- Send an email to info@margdarsh.com with the Order ID, Name, Contact Number, and Reason for Cancellation.
- Call us at +91 74208 76448 during our working hours.
- If applicable, visit our office at 812, Sector-9, Jind, Haryana, India to discuss cancellation requests in person.
Step 2: Verification & Confirmation
- Our team will review the request within 2 business days and confirm whether it qualifies for cancellation.
- If eligible, the refund process (if applicable) will be initiated as per the Returns & Refund Policy.
Step 3: Refund Processing (If Applicable)
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days for online payments.
- For COD-based physical report deliveries, the refund (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer within 10 business days.
4. Non-Cancellable Products & Services
Certain services are strictly non-cancellable, including:
✅ Digitally Unlocked Reports – Once purchased, they cannot be canceled or refunded.
✅ Downloaded Content – Any counseling guide, ebook, or assessment result that has been downloaded is final.
✅ Same-Day Counseling Appointments – If booked and confirmed, same-day sessions are non-cancellable.
✅ Gift Cards & Discounted Services – Any promotional or special offer-based services cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Company Rights & Discretion
Marg Darsh reserves the right to:
🔹 Cancel orders at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud, duplicate transactions, or system errors.
🔹 Modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
🔹 Reject cancellation requests that do not comply with our terms or fall outside the stipulated cancellation window.
If we cancel an order due to an internal issue or unavailability of service, a full refund will be provided to the user.
6. Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation qualifies for a refund, the following conditions apply:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days for prepaid orders.
- In cases of COD payments for physical report deliveries, a refund will be processed via bank transfer upon submission of necessary details.
- Processing fees deducted by payment gateways will not be refunded in case of cancellations made by the user.
