At Marg Darsh, we strive to provide high-quality counseling services, assessments, and reports to help individuals gain valuable insights. Since our primary offerings include digital counseling tests and reports, our refund and return policy is structured around non-tangible digital products.
This policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, or replacements may be applicable for purchased reports, booked counseling sessions, and physical report deliveries (if applicable).

2. Refund & Return Eligibility
Since most of our services involve digital reports and counseling sessions, the refund policy is categorized as follows:
2.1 Refunds for Counseling Tests & Digital Reports
- Non-refundable once delivered: Due to the nature of digital reports, once a report is unlocked or downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
- If a report is not generated due to a technical issue, we will either regenerate the report or issue a full refund at our discretion.
- If a user purchases the wrong report by mistake, they must request a correction within 12 hours of purchase. No refund will be issued, but we may allow the user to switch to the correct report if the request is valid.
- Duplicate transactions (accidental double payments) will be refunded upon verification within 5-7 business days.
2.2 Refunds for One-on-One Counseling Sessions
- A full refund is available if the counseling session is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.
- A 50% refund is applicable if cancellation occurs between 24-48 hours before the session.
- No refund is applicable if the user cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment or does not show up for the session.
- If Marg Darsh is unable to provide the session due to counselor unavailability, the session will either be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued.
2.3 Refunds for Physical Report Deliveries
- If a physical report is delivered damaged or incorrect, users must report the issue within 24 hours of receipt with proof (photo/video evidence).
- A replacement copy will be shipped free of charge if the error is on our end.
- Refunds are not available for successfully delivered reports, as they contain personalized content.

Step 2: Verification & Processing
- Digital reports: If eligible, the issue will be reviewed within 2 business days and an appropriate solution will be provided.
- Counseling sessions: Refunds will be processed as per our cancellation terms.
- Physical reports: Users will be notified about replacement/refund approval within 5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:

Digitally unlocked reports (once accessed/downloaded).

Missed one-on-one counseling sessions without prior cancellation.

Downloadable ebooks, guides, or special offers.

Gift cards, promotional codes, or discounted packages.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Prepaid Transactions (Online Payments): Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Cases: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer within 10 business days.

6. Dispute Resolution & Company Rights
Marg Darsh reserves the right to:
- Decline refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Modify or update this Returns & Refund Policy at any time.
- Resolve disputes through internal investigation before any legal proceedings.
In case of disputes, all matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
