2. Services Offered
Marg Darsh provides the following services:
Online and offline counseling assessments Personalized counseling reports (digital and physical formats) One-on-one counseling sessions Career and academic guidance
We do not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. Our services are only advisory and meant for self-improvement and academic planning.
3. Eligibility for Use
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when registering or taking an assessment.
- You may not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes.
4. Registration & Account Security
- To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email and contact details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- Marg Darsh is not liable for any unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your login details.
5. Digital Reports & Payments
- Counseling reports are generated based on user responses and are final once unlocked.
- Reports are non-transferable and can only be accessed by the registered user.
- Payments must be completed before unlocking the report.
- No refunds are issued once a digital report is delivered.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
- Digital reports and assessments are non-cancellable and non-refundable once delivered.
- One-on-one counseling sessions can be canceled 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund.
- Physical reports can only be canceled before processing.

7. Code of Conduct
By using our services, you agree NOT to:
Misuse our reports for fraudulent or unethical purposes. Distribute, copy, or resell our digital reports. Post abusive, defamatory, or offensive content on our platform. Attempt unauthorized access to our database or system.
Violation of these rules may result in account termination and legal action.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, reports, assessments, website materials, and branding are the intellectual property of Marg Darsh.
- Users cannot copy, modify, or distribute our reports or website materials without prior permission.
Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may lead to legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Marg Darsh is not responsible for how users interpret or apply their counseling results.
- Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, suitability, or guarantees of success.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect and process user data as per our Privacy Policy.
- We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
